Fuchun River, Daqi Mountain, Dipu Flower Sea with Shen’ao Ancient Village

Itineray

Day 1: Home – Tonglu

Assemble at named place and drive to Tonglu County, in the middle reaches of Qiangtang river.

On arrival you will be met by our representative and driven to local restaurant for lunch.

After lunch, we will visit Fuchun River, known as “Little Three Gorges”. Located in Tonglu County of Hangzhou City, it consists of famous Longmen Gorge, Ziling Gorge and Zixu Gorge. We will board a cruise boat for your exciting sightseeing tour, which features visits to Meicheng Ancient Town, Dual Tower, Calabash Flying Falls and other interesting sights.

Afterwards, you will be driven to your hotel for rest.

Day 2: Tonglu

We start the day with a visit to Daqi National Forest Park (also named Saiji Mountain), known as the most famous mountain of south of the Yangtze River. Located in the southern shore of Fuchun River, it is an integrated forest park with beautiful landscape scenery and fascinating grassland scenery. With a height of over 600 meters, its high mountains, fairy stone, flying waterfall, green trees, murmuring stream and deep pool presents a totally cool world. And when in rainy season, the height of waterfall can reach 30 meters with width of 6 meters.

Then it’s on to Dipu Ancient Village to enjoy charming flower sea and Shen’ao Ancient Village.

Located in the East of Jiangnan Town, Tonglu County and at the junction with Fuyang Dipu Ancient Village, the third batch of China’s national-class historical and cultural towns, has already survived 900 years of dramas and upheavals. Rambling around the village, you can pay a visit to Shentu Family Hall and Baoqing Pavilion to appreciate Hui style architectures of Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty.

Afterwards, we will throw ourselves into the lap of Dipu flower sea, with differnt kinds of flowers including water lily, gesang flower, sunflower, chrysanthemum and so on.

Shen’ao Ancient Village, the largest ancient village and the best well-preservation of ancient architectures among in Tonglu, where once were whole Shentu family’s residents. With profound culture, rich relics and unique geographical environment, it regards as the most famous ancient village south of the Yangtze River in Tonglu.
