After breakfast, you will first go to the Nanjing Circumvallation, which is the biggest and best preserved city wall and based on the city wall of Tang Dynasty. Constructed from 1374 to 1378 and with a history of more than 600 years, it is the most famous Chinese city wall after the Middle Ages. And in order to inhibit enemies, the width is larger than height. So it was usually for driving carriages and drilling soldiers. After climbing on the gate tower, you can have a good view of Xi’an and go biking around the tower.
Then you will go to the Great Wild Goose Pagoda Square—the biggest musical fountain square. There, you can see the Great Wild Goose Pagoda standing far in the distance, and admire the statue of Monk Xuanzang.
Next come to Lin Tong. There, you can tour around emperor Qin Shihuang’s Mausoleum and the Terracotta Warriors and Horses (Number 1, 2, 3 pits), which is one of the World Eight Wonders and the landmark attraction of Xi’an (Qin Shihuang is the first emperor of Qin Dynasty). Located 1.5 kilometers to the west of Qin Shihuang’s Mausoleum, the pit of Qin Dynasty’s Terracotta Warriors and Horses was discovered in 1974. After archeologists’ large-scale exploration and study, it was then regarded as a big burial pit. And in 1975, government decided to establish museums where the pits were found. And after four years’ struggle, the hall of the grand museum of the number one warriors’ pit and some accessory buildings were finally finished.

Because of the changeable nature, the sceneries in Mount Hua are really of various tastes.
