Recommendation for delicious Beijing food:

Quanjude Peking Roast Duck: With its crispy skin, tender meat, bright color and fragrant smile, this dish represents the Peking Roast Duck and is considered as the best Beijing specialties and is famous both at home and aboard.

Instant-boiled Mutton: Peking Instant-boiled Mutton, which is also called mutton hot pot, dates back to the beginning of Qing Dynasty after the Manchu nationality took control of our nation. In the 18th century, this dish was already presented in the Dinner Banquet held by Kangxi and Qianlong emperors. And later it was introduced to the markets and sold by Islamic restaurants.

Enema: It is one of the most delicious and popular snacks to Beijing people. And you can find the best enema in Juxianju located in Chang’an Street.

Beijing Sweet Pease Pudding: The folk Pease Pudding is a typical spring food and is always seen on the spring temple fairs. On lunar March 3rd, the Pease Pudding with jujube becomes the seasonal food in the Pantao Palace. And the call of those vendors goes like Hey, here is the big and delicious Pease pudding with jujube, which brings warmth and sends a message to people that spring is approaching.

Of course, there is more delicious food waiting for you to try.
